Tuesdays with Kris: Green This Way

Juicing can be so beneficial to our health. 
We can get so many vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and nutrients from one little fresh squeezed glass.
A great ratio that I heard when juicing on your own is 3:1 for vegetables and fruits. 
Fruits can really pack in the sugar so best to get bulk of your juice from veggies.

Here is my favorite green juice. 

1 Cucumber
1 Pear
1 handful Kale
1 handful spinach

This will make about 2 servings and the Pear and Cucumber will really cut any grassy tastes from the greens.
